So far I haven't ordered more than one book to my going-to-be mother-in-law's place, but 10 yard of chinese silk will be waiting for me. And hopefully two 'lord of the ring' dress patterns.

Up, up and away!
I will be gone for a month, a trip that will include two transatlantic flights with transfer in Chicago, a night train trip and two several days research meetings. Pleanty of time to knit, if they will let me keep my circular 60 cm needles in plastic and bamboo on the plane, that is. I keep my back-up needles in the check-in bagage, in case.
My projects for the trip is a swing cardigan from Vouge Knitting's spring issue 2007 and a felted bag from the latest issue of Kreativa kvinnor.

Baby Blue
Finally finished a long run from Erika Knight's Baby Bloom and couldn't help to make a faster knit from the same book using some thick left-over yarn hanging on my door. It is great when it is precisely the amount yarn needed for the entire project. Now it is all gone giving me some space for a new project...
From now on, all my yarn leftovers (that is not feltable) will turn into amigurumi toys. Check the post below and you will see why.
